Workflow and requirements
Map the task, user roles, inputs, and expected output. We identify which parts need custom software and which can use your existing systems.
AI & automation
I build internal AI tools around the work your team needs to do. This can include research assistants, client-data analysis applications, or interfaces for workflows that currently depend on scripts. We define who will use the tool, what information it can access, and how the team will check its output.

The work behind the service
A useful script can still be difficult for the rest of a team to run. People need a way to supply the right data, understand the output, and recover when something fails. I help turn that process into an application with an interface and rules suited to the people who will use it.
Scope and deliverables
We agree on the scope after reviewing your requirements. A project can focus on one of these areas or combine the relevant work.
Map the task, user roles, inputs, and expected output. We identify which parts need custom software and which can use your existing systems.
Build forms, result views, and data exports around the agreed process. The interface can give your team access to an analysis without requiring them to edit code.
Connect the selected model APIs and data sources. We define validation, relevant access boundaries, and how the tool should report an unavailable source or incomplete result.
Test representative tasks with your team, document the setup, and agree on deployment and maintenance responsibilities. Improvements after the initial build can be scoped separately.
Working together
We choose a task and agree on what the first version must do.
Your team tests the input and output before we expand the application.
I complete the agreed features, validate the workflow, and document the handover.
Experience and related work
Kalimat Finder was an Arabic keyword research tool based on Google autocomplete. SchemaZoo was a structured data generator using Wikipedia annotations to connect entities. These projects are part of my experience turning SEO ideas into tools.
Before we start
Yes. We can start with your workflow and terminology, then define a first version around the tasks your team repeats most often.
We first assess whether an existing model API and suitable data handling can meet the requirements. Custom model training is not assumed as part of the service.
We agree on ownership, deployment, documentation, and maintenance before the build. Ongoing support and additional features need a defined scope.
