Tool and data-source design
Identify the tasks the assistant should perform and the sources it needs. We define tool names, input fields, result formats, and the expected behaviour for missing data.
AI & automation
I build Model Context Protocol integrations that give AI assistants access to specific tools and data sources. A project can connect an assistant to SEO reports, an internal API, or a database-backed workflow. We define the supported actions and access boundaries before building the server.

The work behind the service
Connecting an assistant to a business system involves more than exposing an endpoint. The assistant needs understandable tool descriptions, predictable inputs and outputs, and useful errors. Your team needs to know what the integration can access and which actions can change data. I help define and implement those boundaries.
Scope and deliverables
We agree on the scope after reviewing your requirements. A project can focus on one of these areas or combine the relevant work.
Identify the tasks the assistant should perform and the sources it needs. We define tool names, input fields, result formats, and the expected behaviour for missing data.
Build the agreed tools around your APIs, databases, or application functions. The server can return structured information suitable for the chosen assistant client.
Scope read access and any write operations separately. We define authentication requirements, logging, and which consequential actions require a person to review them.
Test the integration with the intended client, including incomplete inputs and failed upstream requests. Document setup, supported tools, and operating requirements for your team.
Working together
We identify a specific task and check the available API and assistant-client capabilities.
I implement the agreed server functions and validate their inputs and outputs.
We test real tasks in the selected client and document access and maintenance requirements.
Practical example
For example, a first integration could let your team request a saved SEO report and retrieve the relevant rows through an assistant. We would define the report parameters and return format before considering additional actions.
Before we start
We first inspect their authentication, available endpoints, and data formats. The MCP server can wrap the capabilities those sources actually support.
We test against the client or clients agreed in scope. Transport, authentication, and tool support can differ, so compatibility needs to be checked.
If the CMS supports the required operation, we can discuss it as a separate write capability. Permissions, validation, approval, and recovery steps should be defined before enabling changes.
