Downloading exports, joining datasets, and checking the same URLs can take up much of an SEO team's time. These tasks often have a clear sequence that can be automated. I review the sequence with your team, identify where a person still needs to make a decision, and build the repeatable parts around that.
Scope and deliverables
We agree on the scope after reviewing your requirements. A project can focus on one of these areas or combine the relevant work.
Connect Search Console, website crawls, and other available APIs. Store the required fields in a spreadsheet or database with dates and source information that make later analysis easier.
Run agreed checks on metadata, HTTP responses, or page changes. Define what should trigger an alert and include enough detail for the team to investigate it.
Join exports, clean URL formats, and prepare datasets for dashboards or further analysis. The output can match an existing reporting structure your team uses.
Set up the agreed execution schedule, error logging, and notifications. Document dependencies and explain how to rerun a failed task without blindly repeating every action.

That depends on the work. n8n can connect supported services and coordinate steps, while Python can handle custom processing. A project can use either or both.
We should assess tasks individually. Data collection and repeatable checks are different from decisions about strategy, editorial quality, or business priorities. We agree on where review remains necessary.
We can discuss a self-hosted setup if it suits your infrastructure. Server access, dependencies, ownership, and maintenance need to be included in the project scope.
